The Sheep task allows students to demonstrate their ability of estimation by estimating how many sheep are in a photo. Students will complete this task working in stations.  Resources required for this task include a picture and an answer booklet.

Shining Light

The Shining Light task allows students to investigate electricity by making a flashlight bulb shine by connecting the bulb to wires and a battery. Students will answer five questions. Students will complete this task working one on one with a teacher-administrator.  Resources required for this task include a flashlight bulb, a battery (cell) in holder, and red and green wires with alligator clips.
