Quick Way

Quiz Board

The Quiz Board task allows students to demonstrate their ability to evaluate technological solutions. Students will connect wires on two boards to make a light and a buzzer work work. They will then decide if it is better to use the light or the buzzer on a quiz board. Students will complete this task working in groups. The resources required for this task are two "quiz boards" with push buttons, batteries, a buzzer,  and a light.

Rainy Day

The Rainy Day task allows students to demonstrate their ability to create and depict an expressive image appropriate to a defined context (rainy day) and a demonstrated print making process. Students will complete this task working independently. The resources required for this task are a demonstration video, a protective cover sheet, paper towels, four sheets of newsprint paper, a blue greasy crayon, a pencil, a card plate, a brayer, a tube of red ink, and an inking plate. This task is to be completed in thirty minutes.
