An Enterprising Idea
The An Enterprising Idea unit includes an introduction, the learning focus, 4 teaching and learning activities, assessment criteria, and resources.
Unit description from source: In An enterprising idea students develop a brochure or website which provides potential entrepreneurs with advice about starting a small business. Through this project, students develop an understanding of enterprise attributes and employability skills required to run a small business. As part of a team, students research, collect, organize and analyze information related to the establishment of a small-scale business project. They plan activities, manage resources (time, people and finances) and use information and communications technology to record and monitor team progress and to prepare a brochure or website. Students also reflect on how they worked as part of a team and how they contributed to the successful management of their project.

Designing for a Client
The Designing for a Client unit includes an introduction, the learning focus, 6 teaching and learning activities, assessment criteria, and resources.
Unit description from source: In Designing for a client students focus on designing and developing a product that meets a client’s specified requirements and time management skills. This unit provides opportunities for students to demonstrate achievement of elements of Level 6 Standards in Design, Creativity and Technology, Personal Learning and Communication. It will also help teachers identify ways in which the Level 6 standards will support students to develop employability skills.

Digital Citizenship
In the Digital Citizenship task, students will learn about Digital Citizenship and develop responsible on line behaviors through focused awareness raising activities. The project aims at making students aware of their responsibility while working online. Students will understand the term ‘Digital Citizenship’ and what it means in their context. They will learn Digital etiquettes, make conscious efforts to practice them and spread them amongst their friends and family. They will become aware of e-safety by learning about common web threats such as computer viruses (spyware, malware, adware, phishing, & pharming) and web issues such as copy right laws, cyber bullying, and plagiarism.

Hip Hop On The Spot
The Hip Hop On The Spot task aims to unite young people from different countries by means of a collaborative musical and literary creation through hip hop, a street culture in which young people are the protagonists. The project begins with a theme for youngsters to write one RAP, speaking of iEARN, youth and collaborative creation. Lyrics should have 8 metric syllables. The rhyme should be posted to the project forum and the project facilitator will then organize completed lyrics for the full song and re-post to the forum.

My Hero Project
In the My Hero Project task, students will use MY HERO, an interdisciplinary, online, interactive Web site that celebrates the best of humanity through essays, artwork, audio, drama, and short films. Students will publish essays and submit multimedia online about their heroes. The project seeks to promote cultural awareness, activism and understanding through global storytelling that honors the heroes in our families, the community and the world.

One Day in the Life
In the One Day in the Life task, students will write about, photograph, and discuss their daily lives. Students will exchange messages and images describing days in their lives with students around the world, and then make cross-cultural comparisons. Students may document aspects of a typical day (like visiting the market or going to school) or they may document special days (like vacations, birthdays, celebrations, or holidays.)

In the UNESCO World Heritage Sites task, students will explore and research the heritage of their country. In the forum, they will present their country and Unesco heritage sites, it's history, the tales about the place, and its meaning in their country's and the world's history.
